Over the past year, we’ve lived through the most disruptive pandemic in living memory. This book documents the impact of a global event at a local level as experienced by one photographer living in the lake district in Cumbria.

With normal work as a photography tutor halted, Rod wanted to document the impact of Covid-19 as he inhabited his new day-to-day life. A documentary style, with images captured mostly with a mobile phone, this collection shines a light on an experience that was both devastating in its impact on lives but also uplifting for reminding us of the selflessness of so many people in our communities.
