Masterclass - Composition
Is this course for me?
The basics of composition are great for getting started and helping image creation but after a while, relying solely on ‘standard rules of composition’ can result in repetitive and uninspiring images. This course is for photographers looking to move their image making on and developing their style & vision. Workshops are undertaken in the Lake District, a perfect area for Photography Courses, Workshops and Tours.
(If you haven’t yet got to grips with composition basics, have a look at our ‘Beginners One Day Workshop’ HERE).
The course is aimed at taking you beyond composition basics through a series of hands-on, practical activities that are both instructive and enjoyable. It will help you build better images through ‘active seeing’ and visualisation which are core building blocks to expand your compositional abilities. In turn, the range and style of images considered possible from a given location will increase and you will be able to explore new styles.
